subject to change, without notice.
- Rentals exclude Service Tax.
The present rate of Service Tax is 5.15% and is applicable on stays of
less than 3 months.
- Rental per week is for 7
nights.
- Minimum stay: One week.
- Check-in time
: 3 pm. Check-out time : 12 noon.
- Rentals include daily
housekeeping, maintenance, electricity/generator, water and cooking
gas expenses.
- Telephone
and Internet usages will be recorded and charged accordingly.
- All
living rooms have sofa-cum-beds. Hence you can sleep upto 4 persons in a one-bedroom apartment and upto 6 persons in a two-bedroom apartment. The
Studio Apartment can sleep only 1 or 2 persons.
- Payment
terms: All rentals are payable in advance.
- There
will be a 25% cancellation charge, if a confirmed booking is cancelled
at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. If a booking is
cancelled less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, there
will be no refund of rental paid.
- Please
check the exchange rate with any authorised
money changer. At present, the exchange rate is fluctuating between Rs
51 and Rs 54 per US$.
